Day 33 - Anchor's Away and a Lacey Dress

   

     

     Cruise Day 2.  For every previous Bachelorette Party so far we've gotten tank tops made.  So it's a tradition we do for all the brides!  Kathryn's says "Cruising away from the single life."  And on the back of the girls that weren't in the bridal party said "Kat's Crew."  These are made on CustomizedGirl.com.  They have Junior Fit tanks so they fit really well and have great customer service and designs!  So I'd recommend them if you ever need to create any kind of custom apparel.     At night we decided to have a fancy dress up night!  The bride-to-be looked absolutely stunning see below :)  The dress I am wearing was very inexpensive and was purchased at Love Couture in the Willowbrook mall at some point last year.  Still had the tags on it of course!  Vanessa told me it's a shame I'm not repeating outfits this year because it was too hot of a dress to not be worn again :)  Thanks Ness!    

Day 32 - Kat's Bachelorette Cruise to No Where!

    What a fun weekend!  I've never been on a cruise before so wasn't sure what to expect!  I definitely felt myself rocking the entire trip but never was actually sea sick.  I'm not sure I'd cruise again but Eric wants to go on one so I'll have to try it again at some point in my life!  Glad I got a quick trial on this 3 day one!  On this night I wore a top from Kohl's which I believe was Jessica Simpson.  The reason why I don't know is because I'm actually wearing this top backwards so I had to cut the tag out of it.  I preferred the V in the front not the back and it worked :)  I'm also wearing jeans and my Enzo Angeloni nude pumps.

Day 31 - Pre-Superbowl party at work!

So what do you think of the blog remodel?  I’m so happy with it I think it looks much more professional now!  Thanks Lyndsey!  So today at my office we are having a Pre-Superbowl dip party at 3 and we were asked to wear our favorite NFL apparel.  I have so much giants gear (mostly from Victoria’s Secret’s Pink NFL line) but this top is from Alyssa Milano’s line “Touch” on www.nflshop.com.  She has a ton of cute apparel for women from any team!  I am wearing skinny jeans and my black Baily Bling Uggs with them.  I try to avoid wearing Uggs to work but it’s a casual day so I went for it!  Don’t get blown away out there today!

Day 30 - Spring like weather!

Even though this weather is only going to last 1 day how can anyone not be happy today given we are going to reach 60 degrees today!  I took Niko out this morning without even putting a coat on!  Too bad I'm stuck in an office all day.  Today's a good day to venture out for lunch rather than just utilizing our cafeteria in the building.  The top I am wearing today I love!  It's from Arden B.  It's a fall color but think its a good one on me :)  I'm wearing skinny jeans and my favorite pair of Enzo Angiolini flats!  Enjoy the weather today people!!!

Day 29 - Back to the grind

After 2 days of staying home in my sweats I was looking forward to getting dressed today and coming into the office!  It's going to be in the 40's today and tomorrow up to 60!  I might actually wear a skirt to work tomorrow!  Today I am wearing black pants from The Limited in their shorter length which works perfectly with flats.  And the top is by Max Studio from Loehmann's.  I never really knew about this brand until I started shopping at Loehmann's and they have really nice tops and dresses for work.  I miss Loehmann's and I miss shopping!

Day 28 - Snow day and nothing to post!

I decided not to go to work today because the weather forecast and didn't leave the house  so there is nothing to show today :(  Big weekend coming up though and will be attempting to blog from a boat! Kathryn's Bachelorette Party Cruise to Nowhere!!

Day 27 - Lazy Sunday

I had no desire to even get dressed today but Eric told me he had someone stopping by so I had to put on something decent.  I have on Yoga pants from Victoria's Secret that are so comfy and actually come in lengths so luckily the 30" inseam fits perfectly!  And I'm wearing an Old Navy fleece I bought Black Friday of 2011 for $5.  Gotta love their performances fleeces lol.  I spent my day organizing my dress closet and changing out all the plastic hangers to the thin velvet ones. It makes a pretty big difference in the space available when you get rid of the thick plastic hangers.  I have a ridiculous count of 110 dresses.  I could wear a different dress every day this summer!  I have a serious problem.  Around 3 o'clock Eric's Mom called to see if we wanted to come over for dinner and we did but I still kept on my sweats and fleece, something I would never do if I were going to someone's house for dinner.  I just didn't feel like wasting an outfit :)
