So my birthday is on April 28th and I will be welcoming any kind of clothing as presents! I know my sister is going to go shopping for me and pick up something new! I'm so excited to have something NEW and trendy. I've been so good about not shopping and I don't think too much about it anymore but I'm getting tired of looking at the same stuff in my closet. At least with the change in season I will have more options! Today I am wearing leggings and a short sleeve sweater tunic. It looks black in the photo but it's a weird purplely navy color.
Boy am I blond! Gotta love sun-in and saving hundreds of dollars a year by not professionally dying my hair! Will my hair fall out one day because I've been using peroxide on my hair for years? Yes probably! Today I am wearing a rusty/orange glittery sweater from The Limited with jeans and my Enzo flats.
Back to reality today and back to work. I had put on our work's calendar that I was taking today off as well and not sure why I didn't realize this so when I came in my manager was surprised to see me. Oh well! Today is my beautiful sister's birthday and I can't wait to see her and my nephew and niece later today!
Today I am wearing new pants from Express...not sure I can consider these "new" given I purchased them a year ago but I just got around to getting them hemmed so took the tags off of them today! I have a few others that I am excited to wear too. The top if from Express as well.
It's been a long few days with 1 of them spent traveling! First class round trip is definitly the way to go when on long flights! It was nice to have roomy comfy seats on the way home considering we left at 8p.m. Hawaii time and didn't arrive back to Jersey until 2:30p.m. EST (8a.m. Hawaiian). It was hard to sleep on the plane though so I'm still trying to bounce back! Today was spent doing laundry, cleaning the house and grocery shopping. Back to reality tomorrow :( I am wearing a yellow Juicy zip up with jeans and flip flops. It's definitely not flip flop weather but I'm wishing I am still in warm weather so am going to continue wearing them.
It's our last full day in beautiful Kauai! I must say I am excited to go home I miss my doggy so much! My bathing suit is from Victoria's Secret end of last season. I have been dying to wear it but had to wait until I had some color! Eric said it was his favorite one on me :)
I can't recall where I got this dress from but it was one of the 7 maxi's I had to get hemmed! I must say it wasn't too hard not shopping for my honeymoon since most of what I worn had tags on it anyway. I did a little shopping here but for souvenirs for my nieces and nephew only.
What a huge milestone today is! And I don't even have a stellar outfit for it! Today was a relaxing day with a casual dinner so am wearing black shorts from H&M with a burnout tank top from Express in a color that kind of makes my lobster red skin look tan right? I've been putting on SPF 50 yet still am getting burnt! Stupid Irish skin! Hope everyone back at home enjoyed the beautiful weather I heard we had although turned rainy and looks like rain until the weekend! Just when I come back!
Wow can't believe tomorrow marks the 100th day without shopping and not repeating an outfit! Wasn't sure I'd make it this far!
We started off our morning with an early helicopter ride around Kauai. I was extremely nervous and pretty daring to take the door less one but I did it and was glad I did. It was a lot of fun! Since it is cold in the sky we were told to wear long pants and a sweatshirt. For this morning's outfit I am wearing a sequin top from Victoria's Secret with black capris from Express. And I had to feature my Gucci fanny pack since it matches so well with my top! Of course I planned it that way :)
We went to one of the recommended restaurants to go to on Kauai for a sunset dinner called The Beach House. And guess who was also dining there? Drew Brees! Eric got to see his celebrity now when am I going to see one of mine?!? The dress I am wearing tonight was found hidden in my closet while cleaning it out recently from Cache and a few years old still with tags on it. It was pretty expensive and I HAD to have it yet it took me SO long to wear it. But glad I got to tonight :)
